Our Machinery
From 2000-watt lasers to CNC rule benders and precision waterjet, every machine on our floor has a backup, so your die runs at top speed, every time.
We have two 2000 watt diecutting lasers, the Lasercomb MTL and PRC.
Impact Alliance utilizes five advanced CNC rule benders: 3 ServiForm Idea Machines, a ServiForm EcoPlus and a ServiForm Ecologica.
We use two Boxplan automatic pinsetters for precision Dynamic Stripper pin and arrow placement.
A particularly powerful accessory that cuts and bends steel grid bars consistently to a much higher standard in a fraction of the time versus conventional methods.
The ProAquaJet 1613 automizes the manufacturing of ejected material, ensuring your die runs at top speeds with minimal nicking.
Precision milling of steel counter plates and phenolics with a Datron ML1500-2 and a ServiForm Milla Plus for reliable backup and top quality.
